Seventh District Yoga Program - last update 2/7/2018
Back by popluar demand - Yoga classes will be continue through the spring. Classes will be held at Hereford High School in the cafeteria. Registration will be in person at this time for Session 10. You can register for the sessions in advance. Please email Diana Woltereck at dwoltereck@hotmail.com for registration materials via email.
All ages are welcome. However, participants under 15 yrs of age must be accompanied by a parent.
Yoga is proven to: lower stress, improve posture, build muscle, increase flexibility and mental clarity, and encourages proper breathing.
Teacher: Brittney Shepperd Morris, 500 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher)
Location: Hereford High School Cafeteria -17301 York Road - Parkton, MD 21120 - Mondays and Wednesday 6-7 PM
Session 10: February 14 - April 9 Monday and/or Wednesday (Mon 2/26-4/9) (Wed 2/14-3/28)
Session 11: April 23 - May 30 Monday and/or Wednesday
Class Options: Every Monday and Wednesday per session (12 classes total) $105 or
Commit to Mondays OR Wednesday per session (6 classes total) $60

Don't Forget to fill out the required health history and registration form and bring to the first class. HEALTH HISTORY MUST BE BROUGHT TO FIRST CLASS.
Any day that Baltimore County schools are closed for holidays or classes, the Rec Programs will not be available. Any make up classes needed for any group will be scheduled or participants can come to an alternative night during your paid session.
